This week, the invitation is clear: listen to your body , honor your breath, respect your rhythms.
Healing doesn't always come from outside… it often comes from harmony between mind, emotions and spirit.

“When the body is silent, the soul sings.
When the soul is at peace, the body heals.”


🧘♂️ Your body speaks to you:

These days you may notice small physical signs : unusual tiredness, slight tension, disturbed sleep or moments of nervousness.
Don't ignore them. Don't fight them.
They are subtle messengers who are asking you to slow down, to come back to your center.

Deep healing happens when you give yourself space to be and not just do.


🌿 What supports your well-being this week:

Nature walks

Conscious breathing

Hot baths with salt

Turn off your cell phone for at least one hour a day

Write down what you feel, even just to let it go


🍵 Recommended foods and habits:

Relaxing infusions (chamomile, lavender, lemon balm)

Warm and light foods

Avoid refined sugars, excess caffeine or processed foods

Listen to harmonic music or natural sounds before sleeping


✨ Energy Rebalancing Ritual:

Every evening before going to bed, sit in silence.
Place one hand on your heart and one on your belly.
Take a deep breath and say:

"I respect myself.
I listen to myself.

My body is my temple, and I take care of it with love."

Close your eyes for two minutes, imagining an emerald green light flowing inside you and purifying you.
