In this article you will discover the 3 fundamental alchemical phases to activate and unlock the power of the law of attraction in your life.
⚫ 1. Nigredo – The Disintegration of the Ego
The Nigredo phase, or black work , is the most difficult, but also the most necessary. It is the moment in which everything seems to collapse. Certainties vanish, and you are forced to look inside yourself.
Why is it important?
Because as long as you are filled with fears, limiting beliefs, anger or resentment, you cannot attract anything pure or elevated .

Practical exercise:
Write down on a piece of paper everything you want to let go of. Symbolically (safely) burn it as a gesture of release.
⚪ 2. Albedo – The Purification of the Soul
After the night of the soul, comes the light: the Albedo , or white work . In this phase you are healing. You reconnect with your purest essence, you learn to listen to the inner silence and discover the beauty of awareness.
What happens at this stage?

Every morning as soon as you wake up, close your eyes and ask yourself:
“What can I do today to feel light and connected?”
🟡 3. Rubedo – The Realization of the Creator Self
Rubedo , or red work , is the final phase: the one in which you rediscover yourself as a co-creator of reality .
Now that you are free and purified, you can manifest authentically.
You are no longer a victim, but an alchemist aware of your life.
At this stage:

Practical exercise:
Every night write down three things you want to manifest, but feel like they are already yours. Visualize them and give thanks, as if you had already received them.
